ABOUT PACE IN-HOUSE TRAINING SERVICES

PACE In-house Training Services was established in 2002 to provide tailored training for local and foreign-owned companies in public and private sectors to build a more effective workforce. These training programs are customized to meet the specific needs of the corporate clients who seek our services.

What We Do

PACE In-house Training researches, assesses the clients’ needs, designs and provides a customized curriculum to target the functional areas identified as areas to be strengthened.

PACE In-house Training applies the following steps as part of our services to our clients:

• Step 1: Surveying the training requirements—Through effective and results-driven surveying methods, we identify the training needs of the organization. The expectations of the team leader(s), and/or the Board of Directors for the training programs are also gathered and integrated into the training objectives as we work towards tailoring and setting up the program for your company.
• Step 2: Building the training plan—Discussing and agreeing on training schedules, objectives, and contents.
• Step 3: Designing complete training programs—Designing and finalizing training content, include training modules, relevant activities in the courses and overall program.
• Step 4: Implementing the training plan—Organizing and delivering the training program.
• Step 5: Conducting post-training evaluation—Different types of tests, and/or interviews are used to get feedback from the employees, evaluate increase of knowledge and skills that participants have acquired after the program.
