COURSE PURPOSE

Help attendees:

  • Understand clearly the process of problem defining, solution finding and decision making.
  • Change from passive to active state and become confident in problem defining, solution finding and decision making.
  • Knowing thoroughly the issues and making decisions exactly according to scientific methodology and system brainstorming, general brainstorming and logical brainstorming.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

  • Discussions - We provide learners with the context of change through interactions, both amongst the learners and between the trainer and the learners. Rather than the traditional lecture method, the interaction and communication between the groups have proven to be a much more effective and powerful method of learning.
  • Demonstrations - Students conduct case studies, and learn from hands - on activities and through multi - media.
  • Consultative training - Students are provided with the necessary knowledge and tools to successfully apply the skills to their own business contexts.

Part II : Break-down, risk and creativity:

  • What is a break - down ? Theory and methodology to “end the break-down“ and “ruine the break - down“ 
  • What is risk ? Theory and methodology to « prevent risk »
  • Creativy – the solid basis to solve problems relating to break-downs and risks
  • Practice

Part III : Problem analysis and solving

  • Types of problems
  • Data collecting to identify the root of the problem
  • Who is the one having ability to solve the problem thoroughly?
  • Methodology to identify and analyse causes of a problem
  • Fishbone diagram methodology
  • Methodology to produce solution
  • Selecting the best alternatives to solve the problem
  • Practice

Part IV : Implement and evaluate

  • Implement the selected solution
  • Evaluate and summary the experience
