PACE has researched and designed this program through two stages of meticulous and strategic evaluation of world-renowned MBA programs.  In the first stage, PACE selected the six most essential and important subjects for business leaders that are shared by these well-known MBA programs.  The second stage was to identify the essential knowledge within each chosen subject and package and present them in a way that is easily absorbed by busy business people.

The content of this program includes 6 major subjects of an MBA program as follows:

1. The Essence of Strategic Management

2. The Essence of Human Resources Management

4. The Essence of Finance for Leaders

5. The Essence of Accounting for Leaders

6. The Essence of Business Laws

With the above content, the program has 12 sessions/classes ranging from 2 weeks to 6 weeks (depending on specific schedules for each module).  The MBA Essentials for Leaders Training Program will consist of the most essential subjects available in any well-known MBA program and will convey the most essential knowledge from those subjects within the shortest time possible.

Trainers of the program consist of six prestigious professors and experts in Vietnam and from other countries.  Three of the modules which require international and global insights—The Essence of Strategic Management, The Essence of Human Resources Management, The Essence of Marketing Management—are presented in English by three foreign professors and experts with simultaneous translation.  The remaining three subjects—The Essence of Finance for Leaders, The Essence of Accounting for Leaders, The Essence of Business Laws—will be presented in Vietnamese by three leading professors and experts from Vietnam.  These six modules will collectively provide the insight on business in Vietnam and the world stage for business integration that is comparable to attending world-renowned MBA programs, which ultimately will empower participants with the knowledge and confidence to become even more effective leaders.
