PACE Institute of Leadership and Management (PACE) is the premier education organization in Vietnam working to develop the next generation of business leaders.  To date, PACE implements four institutional activities and manages five non-profit education projects that provide a multi-pronged and well-rounded approach in achieving the organization’s mission.

The four institutional activities of PACE are the following:

• Public Training Programs—Provides training programs to business leaders and executives on diverse topics, ranging from general management, finance and accounting, human resources, marketing, sales, manufacturing management, business law, best management models, soft skills, and other relevant topics across sectors.
• In-House Training Services—Provides customized training for local and foreign-owned companies in public and private sectors to help them build a strong and effective workforce.
• Seminars & Conferences—Offers global and local expertise to Vietnamese business leaders and managers right at their doorsteps by gathering the country’s pre-eminent leaders, intellectuals, and scholars, as well as international thought leaders, to address pressing challenges facing Vietnam’s business community and society at large.
• DT Books—Acquires the rights to translate and publish influential works on various business, management, economics, and education topics. 

PACE is managing the following non-profit education projects:

• Institute of Potential Leaders (IPL)—Provides scholarships to a select group of bright young talents and offers intensive cutting-edge training program and access to a robust business network in order to nurture the seeds of leadership in Vietnam.
• Business Knowledge Portal / doanhtri.vn—Serves as a useful source of information on economics and management for Vietnamese scholars, practitioners, and business leaders to access leading-edge thinking and practices in the field of business and economics.
• GoodBooks Educational and Cultural Project (SachHay Project)—Provides a forum to share and recommend books, where more than 20,000 books have been shared by over 50,000 members, 300 experts, 60 publishers and 35 news outlets. GoodBooks (SachHay) Project also initiated the GoodBooks Awards, an annual event to honor authors, translators, and publishers who have produced works that have contributed to expanding and enhancing the body of literature and knowledge available to the world in Vietnamese.
• OneBook—Calls for every individual and organization to donate at least one new or used book to another person, particularly to the disadvantaged, and help build libraries, by joining the efforts and support of government agencies, entrepreneurs, and millions of everyday citizens.
• Life Management Program (LMP)—Provides scholarships for people to gain the tools to discover their values and goals, which helps build a strong sense of self that will contribute to the advancement of society overall.

As part of PACE, each institutional activity and non-profit education project activity plays a unique and collaborative role in advancing the vision for PACE to become a high-impact education institution recognized for its pioneering work and meaningful impact on leadership and management in the business community in Vietnam.
