Many studies around the world, including the research of David Parmenter (author of the most popular book about KPI "KPI - Key Performance Indicators"), The Balanced Scorecard Institute and Franklin Covey have pointed out that: "70% of the failures of businesses are due to poor execution and ineffective performance measurement systems.
