PACE INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT ORGANIZED THE 2025 GRADUATION CEREMONY

On December 21, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, PACE Institute of Management held the 2025 Graduation Ceremony & the 24th Ceremony Honoring Lifelong Learning.

The event welcomed more than 1,000 entrepreneurs, leaders, and managers from enterprises across the country, who successfully completed PACE’s Executive Training Programs in 2025.

In an era of unpredictable transformation, lifelong learning for entrepreneurs is considered as a vital capability for the survival and renewal of businesses. As emphasized throughout the ceremony, “new leadership” is no longer confined to the thinking and decision-making ability of a single leader; rather, it is the synergy between the intelligence of the leader and that of the entire organization, creating a collective intellectual strength that enables enterprises to stand firm and evolve.

Dr. Gian Tu Trung, Founder of PACE Institute of Management, highlighted:

“Learning today is not about reacting to short-term demands of the times, but about proactively preparing for a new era, where entrepreneurs not only adapt to change, but also shape and create the future. In an age where ‘what is right today may become outdated tomorrow,’ the essential question is not only what we learn, but more importantly, how we learn.”

According to Dr. Trung, the foundation of new leadership must begin with cultural depth, expressed through humanity and patriotism, core values that help business leaders stay grounded in every circumstance. From this foundation, entrepreneurial learning does not merely transform individuals, but also directly influences the resilience and breakthrough growth of enterprises, contributing to the creation of a new governance mindset for Vietnam in a rising era.

To realize the aspiration for Vietnam's strength and global presence, Dr. Trung emphasized that the Vietnamese business community must together uphold the banner of “Trusted Vietnam”. A trusted Vietnam must be built upon trusted Vietnamese products, which in turn must stem from trustworthy Vietnamese people, committed to delivering genuine, responsible, and value-driven products and services.

Therefore, “New Leadership for a New Era” is not only about reaching out to the world or confidently stepping into the age of AI, but also about cultivating the wisdom and strength to succeed with authentic business practices in a world flooded with counterfeits.

Only when enterprises are led by entrepreneurs with the right mindset and a spirit of service can they create trustworthy products and services; and only when the business community shares these values can each enterprise achieve sustainable success - while Vietnam gradually affirms its position as a trusted nation in the eyes of the world.

At the ceremony, Mr. Le Kim Tu - representing PACE’s Faculty Board - extended his congratulations and appreciation to the graduates of the 2025 academic year. He shared that “new leadership” is not merely the ability to generate profit, but a systemic, long-term, and sustainable mindset that harmonizes intellect with ethics, performance with humanity, strategy with responsibility to serve society, values that form the foundation of PACE’s mission in accompanying the Vietnamese business community.

Representing more than 1,000 graduates, Mr. Le Tran Nhat Phuong - Bee Logistics Corporation - expressed his honor and emotion as he reflected on a meaningful journey of disciplined, inspiring, and knowledge-rich learning. The spirit of “practical learning” at PACE helped him reinforce a mindset of continuous transformation, learning not only to acquire knowledge, but to reshape thinking and behavior, foster positive cultural values, and strengthen organizational capability as a solid foundation for breakthrough growth and international expansion.

In the solemn atmosphere of the ceremony, graduates of PACE’s Executive Training Programs (CEO, CHRO, CFO, CMO, CCO, and CPO) proudly received their Graduation Certificates, marking the achievements of a persistent and serious learning journey, and an important milestone in elevating their leadership capability and business intelligence for the new era.

PACE's 2025 Graduation Ceremony served as a beginning of a lifelong learning journey for visionary leaders. Over more than 25 years, PACE Institute of Management has accompanied more than 90,000 enterprises and over 500,000 entrepreneurs and managers, contributing to the application of modern management standards in Vietnamese business practice, while consistently promoting a core business philosophy:
