  1. Job description:

    • Manage sales teams to develop relationship with corporate clients (multinational corporations, leading corporations … in Vietnam) and to provide them world-class solutions from PACE and PACE's global partners; Be a problem-solver for clients on strategy, management, leadership development, professional skills…
    • Develop business strategies and plans which enable sales team to develop long-term partnerships with corporate clients and ensure to provide perfect services and supports to meet customer expectations.
    • Develop plans and take ultimate responsibility for training, coaching, tracking the performance of the business units under his/her charge.
    • Collaborate closely with Board of Academy in customer transactions and development.

  2. Job description:

    • Work with DigiTech Management to plan and implement activities related to brand management on digital media channel.
    • Plan, analyze and implemente Digital Marketing activities for brands/product brands:  training programs in the PACE system.
    • Deploy, monitor, operate and followDigital Marketing projects on advertising & interactive activities on Digital Platforms: Website, Social Media, Digital Ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Zalo Ads...), Search Engine (SEM & SEO), Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing…
    • Allocate budget effectively, evaluating digital projects and controlling costs.
    • Statistics, analyze & evaluate advertising metrics to make reasonable adjustments led to increased marketing effectiveness.
    • Always identify trends and insights, and optimize and performance Digital Marketing projects based on the insights.
    • Coordinate with Marketing team to implement attractive and appropriate communication products.

    • Be interested in marketing, brand bulding and brand management.

    • Develop company event’s PR plan.
    • Manage the company brand on all media channels.
    • Develop content strategy for events.
    • Work with agencies/press/television/event organizers/event partners.
    • Coordinate directly the event implementation.

    • Plan and implement marketing activities for assigned brands and products (training solutions) by creating contents on digital channels: social media, website, landing page, email marketing, etc.
    • Manage contents and interact with customers on social media and other communication channels in line with business themes and areas by month. Collaborate with other departments to create customized content marketing and brand marketing strategies.
    • Work with Marketing Manager to identify marketing trends and execute effective marketing plans.

    Job requirements:

    • Have strong interests in content marketing, branding, and brand management.

    • Create new websites/website applications under PACE system with PHP language; meet the optimal display requirements on popular mobile platforms according to modern technology standards
    • Maintain and upgrade websites/website applications that have been operated with PHP, ASP.NET languages; meet the optimal display requirements on popular mobile platforms according to modern technology standards.
    • Preserve background data of websites, update periodically information according to regulations; ensure website speed and monitor user experience.
    • Cooperate with Technology Team to research and apply the latest breakthrough technologies for increasing the sustainability and expanding the operating performance of the system.
    • Develop a process for changes or adjustments related to websites and mobile applications

    Job requirements:

    • Graduated from College, University majoring in Web Development or related field, or relevant experience.
    • At least 2 years of experience required for programming with PHP language and/or one of PHP's frameworks (CakePHP 3, Laravel 6, Symfony 3+, Codeigniter 3), RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
    • Strong knowledge of RESTful API, Data Structures, Algorithms, Object Oriented Programming, ActiveRecord, database systems, object-oriented programming, and web/mobile application development. Ability to analyze, handle problems related to programming. Basic understanding of e-commerce concepts, SEO standards, SPA, ability to handle HTML/CSS and working with ASP.NET language is an advantage.
    • Ability to work under pressure, willingness to learn, ability to read and self-study programming techniques using English documents. Thrive in a team environment and work well with others.

    • Teaching experience is preferred but not required; strong communication and passion to be a professional trainer are a must.

    • Willing to deliver workshops in the evenings or on the weekends on a part-time basis or be able to work as a full-time trainer at PACE
