Program duration
Format of study
18 months of online learning with the SHRM Certification Prep System; 18 live sessions with instructors, either in-classroom or via the LiveLearning model.
Study duration
With the 18 live sessions mentioned above, each session lasts 3 hours (not including self-study time at home as assigned by the instructors in charge of the program). This class schedule will be arranged to suit participants depending on the enrollment period.

Certificate of Completion for the IHRM Program
The Certificate of Completion for the “International Human Resource Management (IHRM)” training program will be issued by PACE Management Academy – the exclusive representative of SHRM in Vietnam – to learners who have attended more than 70% of the training duration and completed the course.
International HR Certification from SHRM
Learners who wish to affirm their professional standing through a professional certification called the “SHRM International HR Certification,” issued by SHRM Global, will need to take an international exam in accordance with SHRM’s regulations (this exam is administered via Prometric’s computer-based testing system worldwide, including testing locations in Vietnam).

If the optimal path to becoming a world-class finance and accounting professional is earning the ACCA or CPA International Accounting Certification, then similarly, the optimal path to becoming a world-class HR professional is earning the “SHRM International HR Certification” (commonly abbreviated as the “SHRM Certification”).
The SHRM Certification comprises two types: SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional) and SHRM-SCP (SHRM Senior Certified Professional). The SHRM-CP Certification is for HR professionals in an operational role, while the SHRM-SCP Certification is for HR professionals in a strategic role.
To take the SHRM Certification exam, candidates must register with SHRM Global and pay the exam fee directly to SHRM Global. The exam fees for the SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP Certification are as follows:
