The Recertification process requires you to participate in learning and professional development activities that help you cultivate and enhance the competencies and knowledge specified in the SHRM Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge (SHRM BASK®). Each activity is converted into a corresponding number of Professional Development Credits (PDCs). To complete the recertification process, you need to earn 60 PDCs within 3 years, or retake the exam for the certification you currently hold.
