LEARNING SYSTEM

Participants will have access to MY PACE learning portal, where they can:

  • Complete pre-course assignments (prework)
  • View student materials
  • Complete three assessments via SurveyMonkey after three sessions
  • Review the course content on the learning portal for up to three months after the final session.

LEARNING STRUCTURE

The program includes 4 live-online
sessions via Zoom, each lasting 3 hours,
delivered by Vietnamese instructors certified by SHRM.

PROGRAM COMPLETION

Upon attending all four sessions, completing three assessments (each with a minimum score of 70%) and the final project, participants will receive a Certificate of Program Completion issued by SHRM and a Digital Badge to validate and showcase their skills on email signatures, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Participants will also earn 12 PDCs after successfully completing the course.
