Is Change a Challenge or an Opportunity?
70% of organizational change efforts fail, not because of poor strategy, but because people are not ready.
As a leader, how do you guide your team through uncertainty?
To explore new perspectives on "leadership" in an uncertain world, PACE Institute of Management and FranklinCovey are co-hosting a webinar titled:
"LEADING CHANGE: HOW TO TURN UNCERTAINTY INTO OPPORTUNITY", featuring Curtis Bateman – one of the world’s leading experts on Leading Change. As Senior Vice President of FranklinCovey Worldwide, he has helped thousands of top organizations across the U.S., Europe, and Asia lead transformation and thrive amid massive disruption.
This webinar equips leaders with deep insights into the psychological mechanisms during times of disruption, guiding them to shift from reactive impulses to proactive effectiveness. It also provides a “transition map” to help leaders choose the right timing and approach to lead their teams in transforming turbulence into breakthrough performance.
