Open-Enrollment Programs or custom programs have their own advantages and disadvantages. We highlight the advantages and disadvantages of In-House training so you can know if it is the right path for you and your company.

Advantages of in-house training include:

  • Improve the effectiveness of training: In-house workshops are tailored to the specific needs of each organization. Running an in-house training course for a single client can generally allow the training to be a lot more focused on the specific subjects and skills that are relevant to your business...
  • Cost savings: Training cost per In-house workshop (about 25 participants) is typically lower than Public workshops. In addition to this, if your head office is far from Ho Chi Minh City, with In-house training, you don’t have to pay for the travel and possible accommodation costs to get your employees to the training center. Therefore reasonable savings can be made.
  • Convenience: The schedule of In-house workshops adapt to the company's requirements so that it can make working around people’s schedules a lot easier as you are cutting out logistical issues as well as the fact any candidates can be easily reached in case something arises that needs to be addressed quickly.
  • Can use current work examples: Training In-House means the courses can be prepared to fix your individual issues using real-life examples and therefore have the most effect. Delegates will be able to work on current work or examples of work which relates to their roles, not a generic example.
  • Data security: It is necessary that organizations share a current business situation and related information to help us design an effective In-house workshop. PACE commits that all business information shared during the collaboration will be completely confidential.

Disadvantages of in-house training include

  • Quantity: The number of employees you plan to develop capacity is one of the factors in deciding if an in-house training workshop is for you. Customized training programs may be ideal for small groups of team members with different learning needs.
  • The particular business field: Sometimes it is not easy to gather all staffs to a location because of affecting daily work.

In case you are facing these difficulties, you can choose one of the following solutions:

Solution 1. Send us information about the needs, the number of participants, the location and the expected training time. We will combine your requirements with other businesses that have the same needs to implement the training;

Solution 2. Small groups with different learning needs are better suited to the Public Workshop. Special rates are also available for group registration.
